Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Our delivery charge is £4.95 for each order we ship to you in the UK. For other EU countries the charge is £10.00 and for the USA it is £20.00.

If we unfortunatly have an item out of stock and we back order for you, we will not charge for the second delivery.

Delivery Schedule We action your order immediately and will normally send it to you within 2-3 days.

When ordering please enter the correct delivery details on which you will be available to sign for the delivery. Failure to do so will delay receipt of goods.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Tesserae has a 14 day returns policy.

If you wish to return your purchase a telephone call must be made to the shop to re-arrange collection.

When returning a purchase it must include the invoice and be packaged in a suitable box or envelope so that no further damge occurs in transit.

Please do not post the item(s) back yourself, we will arrange to collect the items from you.
